Privacy is one of our core values. We built In The Loop to respect your privacy by minimising the data we can access. In The Loop collects basic information about how you use the app, solely to help us make In The Loop better. This information is anonymised so it can't be tied back to you and will not be shared with or sold to third-parties.

We use Apple/Google as payment providers for paid subscriptions and third-party services like RevenueCat to manage paid subscriptions. All data sent is anonymised. Transactions are processed so that your payment details are never communicated to us directly.
In The Loop stores your data in secure cloud services (like Supabase) in order to synchronise your data across all devices. This data includes essential details such as contact identifiers, names, notes, and interaction history.
If you contact us for support or feedback, we will retain the questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your email address.
We use the information we collect to improve our apps, website and customer support. This information will not be used to identify you, and we will not combine analytics information with other datasets in a way that would identify who you are.
The email addresses we collect when you contact us will only be used to reply to the concerns or suggestions raised and will never be used for marketing purposes.
Note on AI: Our AI-powered features are designed with privacy in mind. AI suggestions are generated based on your interaction notes. Your data is processed securely when generating suggestions and we do not use your data to train public AI models.
Data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure (e.g., Supabase) located exclusively in the United States. We ensure data is handled with appropriate security measures.
We design, build and run our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at all stages, both while it’s processed and when it’s stored.
Technical measures include row-level security ensuring strict data isolation between users, JWT token verification for all authenticated requests, and end-to-end encryption for all data transmissions (TLS 1.3).
You can access and modify your stored data and delete your account and data instantly.
Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at children 13 years of age or younger. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
We may change our privacy policy. Any changes to this privacy policy will apply to you and your data immediately. We will notify you of any material changes via email and/or a prominent notice in our application before the changes become effective.
