In The Loop is a relationship management tool (personal CRM) designed to help you maintain meaningful connections. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the In The Loop application (the “Application” or “In The Loop”). By accessing and using In The Loop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, In The Loop grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our service for managing your personal relationships. This licence is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities occurring under your account, using strong, unique passwords, and reporting any unauthorised access immediately.
When managing contacts in In The Loop, you confirm you have the right to store their information, you will maintain data accuracy, you will not use contact information for marketing or spam, and you accept responsibility for appropriate data handling.
Regarding our AI-powered features:
In The Loop may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse contact information, or engage in prohibited activities. Upon account deletion, all your data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems.
If you choose to buy a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple/Google ID account. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all cancellations and refund requests are subject to the respective store's policies.
In no event shall In The Loop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In The Loop reserves the right to modify or discontinue features, update the service, change pricing with notice, or limit service access for policy violations.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of any material changes via email and/or a prominent notice in our application before the changes become effective.
